Dear AVATR vehicle owner,

Hello! Whereas, you have signed the AVATR Vehicle Purchase Agreement with AVATR (Chongqing) Automobile Sales and Service Co., Ltd. or its affiliated company (hereinafter referred to as "AVATR"), your AVATR vehicle will enjoy the basic rights stated in this Notification conditionally in the mainland of the People's Republic of China (excluding Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Macao Special Administrative Region and Taiwan) from the date of issuing the purchase invoice for the new vehicle (if the date of issuing the purchase invoice is inconsistent with the date of vehicle delivery, it shall be calculated from the date of delivery):

I. Lifetime Vehicle Warranty for the First Owner
If the AVATR vehicle purchased by you is damaged due to quality problems of parts (except for easily worn parts), the vehicle can enjoy a lifetime effective warranty free of charge after being confirmed by AVATR or verified by a third party with relevant qualification accreditation institutions, and AVATR will provide warranty services for damaged genuine spare parts and bear the expenses of genuine spare parts, maintenance man-hours and other reasonable expenses confirmed by AVATR, and the replaced parts shall be owned by AVATR. Please refer to the Warranty and Maintenance Manual for details.

AVATR will not be liable for warranty in any of the following cases:
1. The vehicle ownership is changed.
2. Relevant parts are damaged due to failure to correctly maintain, use and repair the product in accordance with the requirements of the User's Manual and the Warranty and Maintenance Manual.
3. Commercial vehicles and non-commercial vehicles are used for rental or other operating purposes (the definitions of "commercial vehicles" and "non-commercial vehicles" in the text shall be subject to the transportation industry standard Classification and Rating of Commercial Passenger Vehicle Types).
4. For the exemption of the above rights caused by other reasons, please refer to the Implementation Rules for Lifetime Warranty Service for details.
* When the lifetime warranty rights of the vehicle are exempted, non-commercial vehicles can still enjoy a warranty period of 5 years or 120,000 km (whichever comes first).

II. Lifetime Warranty for Traction Battery, Drive Motor and Motor Controller for the First Owner
If the AVATR vehicle purchased by you is damaged due to quality problems of traction battery, drive motor and motor controller, the vehicle can enjoy a lifetime effective warranty for traction battery, drive motor and motor controller free of charge after being confirmed by AVATR or verified by a third party with relevant qualification accreditation institutions, and AVATR will provide warranty services for damaged genuine spare parts and bear the expenses of genuine spare parts, maintenance man-hours and other reasonable expenses confirmed by AVATR, and the replaced parts shall be owned by AVATR. Please refer to the Warranty and Maintenance Manual for details.

AVATR will not be liable for warranty in any of the following cases:
1. The vehicle ownership is changed.
2. Relevant parts are damaged due to failure to correctly maintain, use and repair the product in accordance with the requirements of the User's Manual and the Warranty and Maintenance Manual.
3. Commercial vehicles and non-commercial vehicles are used for rental or other operating purposes (the definitions of "commercial vehicles" and "non-commercial vehicles" in the text shall be subject to the transportation industry standard Classification and Rating of Commercial Passenger Vehicle Types).
4. For the exemption of the above rights caused by other reasons, please refer to the Implementation Rules for Lifetime Warranty Service for details.
* When the lifetime warranty rights for traction battery, drive motor and motor controller are exempted, non-commercial vehicles can still enjoy a warranty period for traction battery, drive motor and motor controller of 8 years or 160,000 km (whichever comes first).

III. 10-year Free Roadside Assistance without Mileage Limit
If the AVATR vehicle you purchased is damaged due to product quality problems, you can enjoy free roadside assistance service for 10 years without limit on mileage and rescue distance (from the rescue starting point to the designated service center of AVATR).
Instructions for use of roadside assistance service are as follows:
1. This service is only available to AVATR vehicle under the owner's name.
2. According to the actual situation of the vehicle, AVATR provides rescue services such as electric connection, towing and getting out of trouble.
3. The specific service rules shall be subject to the Implementation Rules for Roadside Assistance Service issued by AVATR.

IV. Free Basic IOV Traffic and Monthly 10G Cabin Entertainment Traffic
From the date when you complete the first real-name binding of the AVATR vehicle you purchased, you can enjoy the free service of unlimited basic IoV traffic and cabin entertainment traffic of up to 10GB per calendar month, and the remaining traffic in the current month will not be carried forward.
Entertainment traffic includes music, audio books, videos, KTV and games, etc.
Basic traffic such as remote control, voice recognition, online real-time navigation and OTA upgrade is provided free of charge and does not occupy entertainment traffic.

V. Free Exclusive Smart Home Charging Pile and Free Basic Installation Services
The first owner of AVATR vehicle enjoys a set of exclusive smart home charging pile and basic installation services free of charge, including a survey service and basic cable laying construction within 100 meters (including 100 meters). If you choose not to use the above services for the time being, AVATR will provide lifetime retention of the rights of smart home charging pile and basic installation services or one-time conversion to 3000kWh public charging services. The above rights are only enjoyed by the first owner, and will become invalid after the change of vehicle ownership. (Notes: a. When you choose to convert to the public charging service, it is deemed to give up the smart home charging pile and basic installation services. b. Public charging rights are limited to charging stations operated by AVATR or provided by cooperative suppliers. The specific outlets shall be subject to the charging map of AVATR official App. c. The converted public charging service is valid for life.)
Smart home charging pile and basic installation services (see Table 1) are provided free of charge. According to the actual situation of your installation site, if there are additional items beyond the limits in Table 1, you shall bear the relevant expenses. For the charging standards, please refer to the General Instructions for Smart Home Charging Pile Installation.

VI. Free Public Charging Credit of 3000 kWh per Year
For the AVATR vehicle you purchased, the first vehicle owner is entitled to 3000 kWh of public charging rights per year free of charge, which will take effect from the date of delivery of the vehicle, and the remaining public charging credit will not be carried forward in the cycle year (one full year from the effective date). Public charging rights are limited to charging stations operated by AVATR or provided by cooperative suppliers. The specific outlets shall be subject to the charging map of AVATR official App.
The service rights of [3000 kWh public charging credit per year] are exempted in any of the following cases:
1. The vehicle ownership is changed;
2. The vehicle is scrapped or lost or meets the mandatory scrapping standards of national laws and regulations;
3. The vehicle is used for non-household purposes such as operation, competition and test;
4. The equipment of AVATR charging station is deliberately damaged or destroyed;
5. When registering for network access, the vehicle owner fraudulently uses others' certificates or provides forged or changed certificates. For other agreements, in case of any adjustment of AVATR's official policies, the latest policies issued by AVATR shall prevail.

VII. Free Intelligent Driving Advanced Package Service
Under the condition of meeting the requirements of local laws and regulations, the AVATR vehicle you purchased can use all functions in the intelligent driving advanced package for free, including high-speed/urban NCA intelligent driving navigation assistance, high-speed/urban ICA intelligent cruise assistance, RPA remote parking and AVP valet parking.
Urban NCA/ICA navigation cruise assistance services (including AVP valet parking) will be upgraded and opened successively through OTA. Intelligent driving navigation assistance should be used provided that the national laws and regulations allow and the high-precision map is open; this function cannot cover all cities when it is pushed.

VIII. Exclusive Rights and Benefits of AVATR0PIA Zero Club
The first owner of the AVATR vehicle you purchased enjoys free rights such as airport VIP pass and exclusive NFT digital collections.
Right 1: Airport VIP pass (2 times/year)
Description of right: The AVATR vehicle you purchased enjoys the right of the airport VIP pass from the date of issuing the purchase invoice for the new vehicle, including VIP parking lot, VIP lounge, assistance or agency in check-in procedures, special security check channel, and VIP shuttle bus direct boarding, etc. Club members can share the right and benefit with others, but the number of persons should be no more than 11 at a time.
Right 2: Exclusive NFT digital collections (valid for life)
Description of right: The AVATR vehicle you purchased enjoys the right of NFT digital collections from the date of issuing the purchase invoice for the new vehicle. A trendy artist is invited to design limited-edition paintings and the blockchain technology is used to make the collection irreplaceable and create it into a trendy head portrait. AVATR will update the rights from time to time, subject to the official public information of AVATR.

IX. Free MMW Co-branded Customized Set (8 pieces)
From the date of issuing the purchase invoice for the new vehicle, the AVATR vehicle you purchased will enjoy the MMW co-branded customized eight-piece set (including MMW limited-edition customized sunglasses case, multi-functional flashlight, heatable multi-functional blanket, multi-functional pet safety rope, foldable storage box, leather notebook, carbon fiber umbrella with long handle and power bank set package), valid for one year and invalid after expiration.

X. Free High-quality Invisible Car Cover
The AVATR vehicle you purchased is entitled to a set of high-quality invisible cover free of charge from the date of issuing the purchase invoice for the new vehicle, including materials and installation services, valid for one year and invalid after expiration.

XI. Free Fun Pack (including various exclusive gifts and services)
From the date of issuing the purchase invoice for the new vehicle, the AVATR vehicle you purchased can use all the services in the Fun Pack free of charge, including 1 customized delivery service, 1 agency temporary and official license plate service, 1 set of sunscreen film and installation service, 1 set of sunroof sunshade, 1 set of dust-proof foot mat (including the driver's cab, front passenger's cab and passenger's compartment), and 1 set of trunk mat, valid for one year and invalid after expiration.

XII. Free Brand Points (E Value)
Users who pay for the purchase of the vehicle can enjoy AVATR points (E value), which can be used to exchange goods and obtain more exclusive rights and benefits. The free E value is only available in the AVATR official App, and cannot be exchanged for cash, changed, invoiced or transferred. The specific amount of free E value and rules shall be subject to the official public information of AVATR.

XIII. 24-hour Exclusive Online Service
From the date of signing the AVATR Vehicle Purchase Agreement, AVATR will establish an exclusive communication channel for each car owner to provide all-scenario, all-weather, convenient and efficient 24-hour online professional services for your car ownership journey. This exclusive service includes car purchase consultation, delivery process assistance, abnormal charging handling, after-sales vehicle use guidance, and remote fault diagnosis, etc., bringing you a pleasant car ownership experience.

XIV. Intelligent Service Scheduling
AVATR identifies AVATR's vehicle maintenance needs and faults based on the actual situation of service resources through the evolving operation and planning algorithm, and recommends appropriate service resources through cloud scheduling intelligence, including but not limited to cleaning & beauty outlets, public charging piles, service centers and sheet-spraying centers, etc. to match the most suitable service mode for vehicle owners, including but not limited to self-driving to the store, pick-up and delivery, mobile door-to-door and towing to the store, quickly meeting the needs of vehicle owners.

XV. Accident Protection
1. For major E-call alarm, make an active contact: When a major accident happens to the vehicle (such as the airbag deploys), the E-call alarm will be automatically triggered. AVATR 24-hour online technical experts will quickly organize online diagnosis, communicate with the vehicle owner, and provide road rescue and necessary support according to the site conditions.
2. For minor vehicle accidents, guide the reporting: When the user's vehicle is scratched on the paint surface or has a minor collision, AVATR service experts will provide 24-hour online accident handling suggestions, assist in reporting and claim settlement in some scenarios (with the consent of the insurance company), and help the user make maintenance appointments.
3. Professional accident repair and whole-process custody: All vehicles repaired in AVATR Service Center use genuine parts from the original factory, and the vehicle repair service is provided by AVATR professional certified maintenance technicians. During the maintenance period, AVATR provides professional maintenance custody and considerate assistance in claim settlement of car insurance to ensure that the maintenance and claim settlement of your car are properly handled throughout the whole process.

XVI. Mobile Services
On the premise of meeting the needs of vehicle maintenance and on-site construction environment, the AVATR vehicle you purchased enjoys the door-to-door treatment of vehicle faults and the replacement of some parts provided by AVATR. The charging standard for the replacement of parts is the same as that of the local service center of AVATR, specially subject to the coverage of the official APP service center of AVATR.

Other Agreements:
1. AVATR has the right to adjust the contents of the above-mentioned basic rights of the vehicle owner. In case of any update, the latest version published by AVATR shall prevail.
2. When the rights of AVATR vehicle owners should be terminated as required by laws and regulations, your AVATR vehicle will no longer enjoy relevant rights.

Annex Detailed Rules for Implementation of Lifetime Warranty Service


1. Preconditions
The Detailed Rules for Implementation of Lifetime Warranty Service are applicable to the lifetime warranty of traction battery, drive motor and motor controller and the lifetime vehicle warranty, which are only enjoyed by "your" AVATR vehicle (hereinafter referred to as AVATR vehicle) mentioned in the Owners Rights Notification of AVATR Vehicle and the AVATR Vehicle Purchase Agreement.

2. Scope of Service
The vehicle that meets the preconditions of the Detailed Rules for Implementation of Lifetime Warranty Service will enjoy the following lifetime warranty services:
1) Lifetime warranty period: The lifetime warranty period mentioned in the Detailed Rules for Implementation of Lifetime Warranty Service refers to the warranty period of new energy parts specified in the Warranty and Maintenance Manual of AVATR vehicles or the remaining service life period after the expiration of the warranty period of vehicle parts during the service life of your AVATR vehicles (hereinafter referred to as "lifetime warranty period").
2) Lifetime warranty service: The lifetime warranty service mentioned in the Detailed Rules for Implementation of Lifetime Warranty Service refers to that AVATR will undertake free maintenance, repair and replacement of parts according to the terms and conditions of the Detailed Rules for Implementation of Lifetime Warranty Service when the new energy parts or vehicle parts of AVATR vehicle purchased and used by you in the People's Republic of China (excluding Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Macao Special Administrative Region and Taiwan) fail due to quality problems ("quality problems" refer to defects in product design, manufacturing or raw materials) during the lifetime warranty period, unless otherwise specified in the Detailed Rules for Implementation of Lifetime Warranty Service.
(a) You agree that the replacement parts of the AVATR vehicles shall remain the property of AVATR during the course of AVATR's lifetime warranty service for the AVATR vehicles.
(b) Lifetime warranty service includes original new energy vehicle parts or original vehicle parts (except vulnerable and consumable parts). The types of vulnerable and consumable parts and warranty service shall be subject to the relevant provisions in the Warranty and Maintenance Manual of AVATR vehicles.
(c) When the traction battery fails due to quality problems or the capacity of the traction battery attenuates to meet the requirements of the national standard (GB/T 31484-2015) for standard cycle life, AVATR will provide you with free maintenance, repair and replacement services after testing and verification.
(d) The warranty service of the AVATR original parts replaced and assembled on the AVATR vehicle by the maintenance station designated by AVATR (referred to as "AVATR Center") shall also be in accordance with the relevant regulations in the Warranty and Maintenance Manual of AVATR vehicles.
3) AVATR can require you to provide valid documents and materials such as purchase invoice and driving license of AVATR vehicle when accepting lifetime warranty services in AVATR Center. If you refuse or are unable to provide the above documents or materials, AVATR Center has the right not to provide lifetime warranty service for the time being.
4) The maintenance service of AVATR vehicles that you have a special written agreement with AVATR or AVATR Center will be implemented in accordance with the relevant terms of such special written agreement.

3. Exclusions
Any fault or associated damage arising from the following conditions are not covered by lifetime warranty service:
1) AVATR vehicle parts have damage, deterioration, deformation or fading due to normal wear, loss and aging.
2) The owner of the AVATR vehicle has been informed in writing that there are defects.
3) Commercial vehicles or non-commercial vehicles are used for rental or other commercial purposes.
4) The system or parts that shall not be modified, adjusted or disassembled as explicitly stated in the User's Manual of AVATR vehicles are modified, adjusted or disassembled by the vehicle owner, resulting in damage.
5) Damage results from improper disposal by the vehicle owner of product quality problems. The vehicle is damaged due to failure to comply with the requirements of AVATR or the relevant regulations of AVATR vehicles for deactivation. A person or entity not authorized by AVATR repairs the vehicle and causes damage to the vehicle, including but not limited to damage to the vehicle caused by the use of non-genuine parts of AVATR vehicles by the person or entity.
6) Relevant parts are damaged due to the vehicle owner's failure to correctly clean, maintain, store, use and repair the products in accordance with the requirements of the User's Manual of AVATR vehicles.
7) Factors beyond the control of the manufacturer due to force majeure:
(a) Damage or indirect damage caused by accidents, man-made factors or natural disasters and other environmental factors or other force majeure events.
(b) Faults caused by the working environment exceeding the normal operation conditions of the product (such as shortened remote control distance or failure due to environmental electromagnetic interference).
(c) Consumption of parts due to natural wear.
(d) Battery damage caused by man-made or accidental collision and water immersion, etc.
(e) Additional and indirect costs, which are not the responsibility of AVATR:
For example, economic and time loss caused by unavailability of vehicles; storage or vehicle rental expenses; boarding, dining and other expenses along the way.
8) The AVATR vehicle is used as a fixed power supply, and damaged due to failure to operate according to the specifications of the User's Manual.
9) The AVATR vehicle is damaged not caused by the quality problem of the AVATR vehicle.
The regular maintenance items in the Warranty and Maintenance Manual of AVATR vehicles and the normal wear and tear of vehicle parts are also not covered by the lifetime warranty.

4. Termination
AVATR will no longer provide the lifetime warranty services specified in the Detailed Rules for Implementation of Lifetime Warranty Service in any of the following cases:
1) If the ownership of the AVATR vehicle changes during the lifetime warranty period, the lifetime warranty service of the AVATR vehicle will terminate on the date when the registration of the change of ownership of the AVATR vehicle is completed.
2) During the lifetime warranty period, the AVATR vehicle must be maintained in the AVATR Center according to the maintenance interval and regular maintenance items specified in the Warranty and Maintenance Manual of the AVATR vehicle; otherwise, the lifetime warranty service of the AVATR vehicle will be terminated on the date when you first violate the provisions of the Warranty and Maintenance Manual of the AVATR vehicle on the maintenance interval or regular maintenance items. If the AVATR vehicle violates the provisions of the Warranty and Maintenance Manual of the AVATR vehicle on the maintenance interval or regular maintenance items within the warranty period of the vehicle, the AVATR vehicle will not be able to enjoy the lifetime warranty service.
3) During the lifetime warranty period, if AVATR vehicle has an accident and damages any main chassis component (Note 1) or main vehicle assembly (Note 2), and AVATR reasonably judges that the main chassis component or main vehicle assembly must be replaced, the lifetime warranty service will be terminated on the day when AVATR makes the reasonable judgment of replacement of the main chassis component or main vehicle assembly. If any main chassis component or main vehicle assembly of AVATR vehicle is damaged in an accident within the warranty period of the vehicle, and AVATR reasonably judges that the main chassis component or main vehicle assembly needs to be replaced, the AVATR vehicle will not be able to enjoy the lifetime warranty service.
Note 1: The main chassis component refers to the front longitudinal beam, rear longitudinal beam, A-pillar inner panel, front longitudinal beam adapter support, sill beam, front floor, rear floor, front suspension assembly and rear suspension assembly of AVATR vehicle.
Note 2: The main vehicle assembly refers to the traction battery assembly, front/rear electric drive system assembly (including axle shaft), power steering gear assembly (excluding tie rod), brake booster, brake master cylinder, brake caliper body and brake pedal assembly of AVATR vehicle.
4) The vehicle is scrapped or lost, has reached the mandatory scrapping standard of national laws and regulations, or has been surveyed as a total loss by the insurance company.
5) The original parts of AVATR or the parts with the same quality as the original parts of AVATR are not used for maintenance and repair.
6) The vehicle is used for non-household purposes such as operation, competition and test.
7) Serious damage is caused to the vehicle body (cross beam, longitudinal beam, suspension, cab, traction battery, motor and electronic and electrical system) due to major accidents or events, such as flooding, burning or major traffic accidents.
8) When registering for network access, the vehicle owner fraudulently uses others' certificates or provides forged or changed certificates.
9) The first owner is informed in writing by AVATR or its affiliates that the vehicle has quality defects on or before the delivery date of the new vehicle, and the first owner agrees in writing to exempt AVATR from the lifetime warranty service for the vehicle.
10) The circumstances in which the rights of AVATR vehicle owners shall be terminated as required by laws and regulations or other circumstances in which the lifetime warranty service shall be terminated as stipulated in the Detailed Rules for Implementation of Lifetime Warranty Service.

5. Other Provisions
The Detailed Rules for Implementation of Lifetime Warranty Service will take effect immediately after the delivery of AVATR vehicle to you. In case of any matters not covered in the Detailed Rules for Implementation of Lifetime Warranty Service, AVATR will refer to the User's Manual, Warranty and Maintenance Manual or laws and regulations of AVATR vehicles. In the event of any update to the Detailed Rules for Implementation of Lifetime Warranty Service, the latest version updated and issued by AVATR from time to time shall prevail.






Annex Detailed Rules for Implementation of Roadside Assistance Service


1. Service Object
AVATR vehicle that is legally acquired by AVATR or its Affiliates.

2. Scope of Service
The AVATR vehicle you purchased, if damaged due to product quality problems in the mainland of the People's Republic of China (excluding Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Macao Special Administrative Region and Taiwan) from the date of issuing the purchase invoice for the new vehicle, can enjoy free roadside assistance service with unlimited mileage and rescue distance for 10 years (from the rescue starting point to the designated service center of AVATR).

3. Service Method
AVATR provides 7×24 emergency rescue support for your travel. You can initiate a rescue request through the on-board rescue button, or by calling AVATR Customer Center (400-133-3456), and via AVATR Official App. AVATR will provide roadside assistance service based on the actual breakdown of AVATR vehicles.

4. Service Items
1) On-site roadside repair service
If your AVATR vehicle cannot be started due to mechanical or electrical faults, which can be eliminated within 30 minutes, on-site repair service will be provided. If it takes more than 30 minutes and major repairs are involved, a free towing service will be provided to the designated service center of AVATR.
2) Towing service
A free towing service will be provided to the designated service center of AVATR when the on-site roadside repair conditions are not met and your AVATR vehicle is not operational due to breakdown or traffic accident.
3) Dilemma rescue service
If your AVATR vehicle rolls over or falls into a ditch on a normal road section and is unable to get out of trouble by itself, AVATR will provide free towing and obstacle clearing services.
4) Service for special road sections
Under certain conditions, if AVATR's cooperative rescue vehicle cannot reach you due to the need to follow highway management regulations, AVATR will guide you to contact the local traffic police or the towing service provider designated by the government to tow the AVATR vehicle to the place allowed by AVATR's cooperative rescue vehicle.

5. Service Charges
In the event that the AVATR vehicle owner and AVATR vehicle comply with the roadside assistance services as set out in the Detailed Rules for Implementation of Roadside Assistance Service, AVATR will bear the costs of providing roadside assistance services as follows:
(a) AVATR will bear the costs incurred by AVATR in the course of the roadside assistance service.
(b) In the event of service for special road sections, including but not limited to traffic-controlled highway sections, such costs shall be borne by the AVATR vehicle owner or AVATR vehicle driver.
(c) If your vehicle has been used for more than 10 years since the date of issuing the purchase invoice for the new vehicle (if the date of issuing the purchase invoice is inconsistent with the delivery date of the vehicle, it shall be calculated from the delivery date), you shall pay the corresponding roadside assistance fees.

6. Exclusions
Please note that AVATR does not provide roadside assistance services in the following circumstances:
The purpose of AVATR's roadside assistance is limited to providing rescue services in case of emergency. AVATR's roadside assistance is limited to failure-induced vehicles that cannot continue driving or are unsafe to drive; for other problems that do not affect vehicle driving, you will need to drive your vehicle to the nearest AVATR Service Center for inspection.
Although AVATR provides you with free roadside assistance service, we would like to inform you that we do not accept any responsibility for:
1. Vehicles sold by a company other than AVATR or its affiliates, and vehicles sold in any country outside mainland China;
2. Car racing, rally, speed and durability tests, test drives and off-road driving;
3. Damage caused by war, natural disasters and other force majeure;
4. Damage caused by vandalism or participation in unlawful acts;
5. Breakdown of the vehicle directly or indirectly caused by the intervention of the police or other relevant departments (in violation of national laws and regulations);
6. Damage caused by the operation of the vehicle in violation of the instructions of the User's Manual and Emergency Rescue Manual of AVATR vehicles;
7. Any related expenses or property losses caused by vehicle failure;
8. Failure to maintain and repair the vehicle in a condition suitable for driving on the road or in accordance with the Warranty and Maintenance Manual of AVATR vehicles;
9. Vehicles used for rental or other commercial operation purposes.

7. Other Provisions
The Detailed Rules for Implementation of Roadside Assistance Service will take effect immediately after the delivery of AVATR vehicle to the vehicle owner. In case of any matters not covered in the Detailed Rules for Implementation of Roadside Assistance Service, AVATR will refer to the User's Manual, Warranty and Maintenance Manual, Emergency Rescue Manual or laws and regulations of AVATR vehicles. In the event of any update to the Detailed Rules for Implementation of Roadside Assistance Service, the latest version updated and issued by AVATR from time to time shall prevail.







Annex Common Instructions for Installation of Smart Home Charging Pile


1. Instructions for Installation Service Conditions
i. To complete the installation service, you need to fill in the expected installation address, as well as the effective contact person and contact information, which is only used to give the installation and supporting services of the smart home charging pile in the package, and will not be used for other purposes.
ii. The installation of smart home charging piles requires the consent of the relevant management unit of the installation site, and meets the power conditions required by the smart home charging pile equipment (Warm prompt: The three-phase 11KW AC pile needs to meet the three-phase 380V power supply conditions, and the power consumption for ordinary residents is mainly single-phase 220V). Please know whether the corresponding installation conditions are met in advance. If you have any questions about the installation conditions, please contact the AVATR smart home charging pile service personnel for on-site survey. Services will not be provided for scenarios that do not meet the installation environment.
iii. The national standard requires that the charging facilities shall meet the grounding safety requirements before use. If it is found that the correct power grounding is not completed during the site investigation, you need to contact the property electrician for handling, and some service providers can also provide this charging service. The specific expenses are quoted according to the site conditions and consumables.
iv. The installation of smart home charging piles involves communication with the property company, which needs to rely on the owner's identity. A third-party installation service company entrusted by AVATR provides necessary technical and policy consulting support to ensure the maximum benefits of the vehicle owner.
v. Method statements and expenses will vary depending on the site conditions. In order to ensure the use safety of the vehicle owner, AVATR has formulated a unified installation technical standard. In case of not meeting the requirements of the installation technical standard, the installation service personnel may not provide the service temporarily.

2. Costs of Works and Services
i. If the installation of smart home charging piles in the vehicle owner's parking space involves the payment of construction deposit, it shall be borne by the vehicle owner, and AVATR shall entrust an authorized third-party installation service company to be responsible for the construction results meeting the property acceptance requirements.
ii. The settlement of installation works of smart home charging piles shall be subject to the final completed quantities. There may be a slight deviation between the actual construction expenses and the survey scheme. AVATR entrusts an authorized third-party installation service company to explain the expenses and collect the expenses in strict accordance with the online publicity standards. In case of any doubt about the cost breakdown, please contact AVATR staff for handling.
iii. The expenses incurred beyond the free scope of AVATR shall be paid by you to the third-party installation service company on site after the installation is completed. If invoices are required, the third-party installation service company of the Project shall be responsible for issuing additional item invoices for self-payment part.

4. Warranty and After-sales Service
The warranty period of smart home charging pile equipment and installation works is 2 years from the date of completion of smart home charging pile installation. In case of fault, please call AVATR Customer Center (400-133-3456) for repair. Warm prompt: Faults that are not within the scope of equipment product quality and installation and construction during the warranty period are not covered by the free warranty.
