1. The detailed terms of rights are subject to publicity. In case of any adjustment, the real-time information on the official website shall prevail. 2.NCA function cannot cover all road sections. 3. The user's qualifications must meet the application requirements of the official financial institutions cooperating with Avatr at that time. The financial plan and the annual average rate are subject to the final contract signed between you and the financial institution. Due to the differences in business operations of financial institutions in some cities, it may result in users not being able to enjoy this financial benefit. Therefore, the user's enjoyment of the financial benefit is subject to the actual processing. 4. The 011 vehicle owned by the first owner must meet AVATR's repurchase standards (i.e., the vehicle has no structural damage, is not soaked in water, is not burned, etc.), and the ownership of the 011 vehicle must not have been transferred prior to placing an order for the 012 model in order to qualify for the trade-in subsidy. The first car owner must trade in their vehicle through AVATR'spartnered channels, and the trade-in subsidy will be directly decducted from the price of the 012 model. This benefit cannot be combined with the additional purchase subsidy for the original owner of the AVATR 011model. 5. The additional purchase subsidy will be cashed in the form of a direct reduction for 012 models. This benefit cannot be enjoyed in combination with the trade-in subsidy for the first owner of AVATR 011.
