The First Batch of AVATR Centers Is Open to Users

December 23, 2022 (Chengdu) — As AVATR 11 and AVATR 011 SUVs officially rolled off the line, Chengdu AVATR Center is open for business today. In the same period, other AVATR Centers are opened to users in cities including Chongqing, Chengdu, Guangzhou, Hangzhou, Ningbo, Wuhan, Shenzhen and Huzhou. These centers will provide one-stop services consisting of display, experience, delivery and after-sales. This also marks that AVATR is one step away from delivering production cars.

At the opening ceremony of Chengdu AVATR Center, Mr.TAN Benhong, Chairman and CEO of AVATR Technology noted: “In addition to manufacturing and selling great cars, AVATR attaches more importance to providing lifetime services to users, a mission shouldered by these first AVATR Centers. As the official delivery of AVATR 11 and AVATR 011 kicks off, each AVATR Center serves to bring immersive experience and exclusive services to users and becomes a lifestyle space jointly created by people who love themselves and their families.”

The brand’s understanding and reshaping of user services, coupled with the unique space idea that make a shop infinitely changeable, are used for each AVATR Center design in which street and square elements are embedded. As such, users can easily get to the service zones they desire by navigating through familiar life scenarios. This one-stop service space offers users engaging lifestyle options and thoughtful services.

AVATR Centers, along with two other types of shops — AVATR Experience Centers and Authorized Metal Working Centers – form a complete service framework within the various AVATR channels. AVATR Experience Centers serve to showcase the brand image, cultivate target audiences and operate physical user platforms, as well as expand the brand’s presence in key living and business communities in cities. Authorized Metal Working Centers target auto communities in core cities to provide premium after-sales services including metalworking, painting, car cosmetic and other value-added services.

In order to build diverse and high-quality channels that offer broad coverage, AVATR Technology has already established more than 200 physical touchpoints that comprehensively cover the first- and second-tier cities. For this purpose, AVATR has introduced several innovations. The first is diversification, which is a differentiated channel strategy to engage cross-field investors by breaking down industry boundaries to share advantages. The second is a diversified channel model, using both direct and partner shops to ensure consistent service standards and culture while ensuring fast channel implementation. The third is “flexible multi-site deployment” which makes the best use of partners to reach more cities faster through the use of experience spaces, which has effectively relieved the negative impact of the COVID-19 pandemic.

On the basis of this, AVATR will continue to speed up channel coverage with the aim of covering 500 touchpoints nationwide, empowering more users to enjoy the smart lifestyle beyond travel that AVATR provides.

Delivery of AVATR 11 and AVATR 011 SUVs to end users is about to kick off. As the first product generated on CHN technology, the AVATR 11 is unrivaled in appearance, overall performance and smartness. Also, the high-voltage fast-charging network for AVATR is under rapid construction, with the customized high-voltage fast-charge stations jointly developed by BP and put into operations and launched on the AVATR APP. It is expected that new stations will be available in cities including Hangzhou, Guangzhou, Chongqing, Beijing and Shenzhen by the end of this year.
