January 5, 2023 (Shanghai) — With the gradual delivery of AVATR 11 SUVs, AVATR Care has officially gone live. AVATR Care gears up users lifetime exclusive services with eight highlights: Exclusive Advisors, Round-the-clock Service, Joyful Delivery, Featured Accessories, Remote Diagnosis, Mobile Service, 24h Accident Rescue and Accident Guardian Service.

Exclusive Delivery: all-around service and diverse options

Immediately after a customer places an order, AVATR Care sets up an exclusive chat group where an exclusive advisor follows up on the order to efficiently meet the customer’s needs. The advisor is highly responsive by following the service principle of “Never Say No to Your Requests”.

During the car delivery phase, AVATR Care features two services, including Joyful Delivery, which consists of on-site and remote delivery options and Featured Accessories, to provide owners with a personalized experience. For the on-site delivery, the new car can be taken over in an exclusive and convenient way. With remote delivery, the car owner can take in the new car through an efficient process. Regardless of the delivery option, an exclusive advisor will guide the whole process to ensure a joyful experience through transparent and easy procedures.

Featured Accessories covers diversified scenarios such as “New Car Must-have”, “Mobile Home and Car Care” and “Personalized Light Refitting”. Optional accessories include sunshade curtains, Hello thermal insulation films, portable charge and discharge guns, microphones and other travel necessities to build a one-of-a-kind mobile space.

Worry-free Experience: responsive care round the clock

After the car is delivered, AVATR Care provides Remote Diagonsis, Mobile Service, 24h Accident Rescue and Accident Guardian Service to assure exclusivity and expertise. As to issues that arise in daily uses of the car, AVATR Care has arranged personnel in place for rapid responses on a 7*24 basis. At the same time, through intelligent analytics and expert inspections that apply Big Data and IoT technologies, AVATR can identify risks to the car in a timely manner to remotely resolve software issues and ensure a care-free experience for the car owner.

When it comes to general car problems or particular scenarios, the exclusive advisor will timely provide the best solution based on the circumstance. If a Mobile Service is sufficient to solve the problem, as estimated by the advisor, an engineer will be sent to the designated location to check and repair the car. As to emergencies, AVATR Care could hand 24h Accident Rescue, Accident Guardian Service to ensure safe travel through services like One-button Help, Break-down Reporting Guidance, and Unlimited Mileage and Distance Assistance.

Furthermore, supported by its nationwide channels, AVATR Care has developed standardized in-shop services. Adopting fully traceable parts supplied by the original car maker, AVATR Care provides professional one-stop solutions for car repair and maintenance, with each service offered including its progress and result clearly recorded for future reference.

Easy Charging: Worry-free fast-charging everywhere

As a cure to users’ range anxiety, AVATR has launched AVATR Power system that covers all scenarios with smart home chargers, customized high-voltage fast charging stations and public charging stations. With the charging map and one-button function available in the AVATR APP, car owners can easily locate nearby charging stations, and benefit from the considerate charging service.

AVATR provides exclusive smart home chargers and free-of-charge installation service so that car owners can have the car charged in a plug-and-play manner. Also, with the authorization feature, a smart home charger can be shared by five cars, and the charging experience can be optimized through remote upgrading. If the smart home charger is not required by the owner for the time being, the benefit can be saved over the car’s life time or transformed to a charging limit of 3,000 kWh used on public charging stations.

Furthermore, AVATR will expand its cooperation with BP on building customized high-voltage fast-charging stations from which AVATR 11 owners can enjoy a 200-km travel after a 10-minute charge. This cooperation coupled with Avatr’s connection to over 200,000 public charging stations provided by major charging station operators has helped AVATR establish an all-scenarios charging network covering urban business areas and key sites along highways. The deployment of a full-stack high-voltage 750V platform and a booster module enables the AVATR 11 to provide faster charging experience on both customized high-voltage fast-charging stations and public charging stations.

The launch of AVATR Care also marks the official start of AVATR’s new journey in 2023. The brand will keep increasing the coverage of its services and improving the precision of service operations around Exclusive and Caring Services and user experience to create a better emotional intelligence (EI) -based travel experience.
